This includes advice on the design concepts such as splashbacks, upstands, and edge profiles as well as the worktop regulations which include overhangs, support and appliances.

Along with your kitchen plan, we do recommend bringing any samples, materials, or colour swatches to your appointment so you are able to get a true feel of how your worktops will look.

During your consultation, our skilled worktop designers will carefully listen to your preferences and requirements. With their expertise, they will craft a bespoke, fully itemised quote tailored to your specific needs, including the template and installation fees.
During the consultation, you will have the option to look at some free samples which you can take away with you after your appointment.
Within this consultation, the worktop designers will explain the Gemini Journey and what you can expect at your template and installation appointment, providing insight into the whole process.
Once you've received your customised quote and are ready to proceed, placing your order is easy. All you need to do to secure the fantastic offers we have available to you on the day is place an initial 20% deposit with us.
If you are in the early stages of your kitchen project, don't worry at Gemini we hold your deposit for up to 12 months if you are not ready to purchase. We know choosing your worktops is a big commitment and ideas can often change, that's why we offer the option to make any adjustments to your quote up until 2 days before your template appointment.
As you approach your installation date our UK-based customer service team will be on hand to coordinate our teams of experienced surveyors and fitters to support you through the final part of your journey with us.
