Your visit
What to expect when you visit
Our materials are displayed as full-size slabs, not small samples, so you can see the whole pattern and veining and imagine exactly how your new worktops will look at home.
There’s no need to book. Just come in during our opening times and you’ll get a friendly North East welcome.
Every project is different. That’s why we offer a wide range of quartz materials suited to worktops, splashbacks and more. Whether you’re just gathering ideas or ready to order, you’re welcome to come in, browse at your own pace and talk to our team.
Our worktop designers draw on four generations of stone expertise. For decades we were the trade’s best-kept secret, and now we work directly with homeowners. If you bring along your kitchen plan and measurements, our team can prepare a fully itemised quote for you to take away.
How we work
Made here, fitted by us
Your worktops are made on site here, in our purpose built factory with over 200+ precise processes which we affectionately name ‘The Gemini Method’. We laser-template your kitchen for a precise fit, and our own specialist installers fit every worktop. With one team handling everything and no middlemen, you get premium quality at a fair price.
Every installation is backed by our 25-year warranty and 5-year labour warranty. We’re also a Worktop Fabricators Federation Quality Mark Audited Member, which means our standards are independently checked.
Beyond the worktop
More than worktops
There’s more to a finished kitchen than the worktop. We also supply Quooker instant boiling water taps, along with sinks and taps from 1810 and Ukinox, so you can settle on everything that sits alongside your quartz in one visit. Whatever you add goes on the same itemised quote, and once your order is confirmed we’ll deliver it ahead of your laser template appointment, so everything is ready when you need it.
