Terms and Conditions for the National Yorkshire Day Showroom Visit Promotion
1.1. The title of the event is NATIONAL YORKSHIRE DAY SHOWROOM VISIT
1.2. Customers who come to the event in accordance with clause 2.2 will be eligible to receive a free chopping board
2.1. The event will run from 9am on the 1st of August (the "Opening Date") to 5.30pm 31st August (the "Closing Date").
2.2. For the event, customers must either:
2.3. Visit the York showroom (with a pre-booked appointment), place their £300 deposit with Gemini Worktops during their appointment.
2.4. Be one of the first 25 customers to visit the showroom between the opening date and closing date.
2.5. The event will run between the provided date.
3.1. The incentive for a showroom visit is a Solid Surface chopping board. Only one per customer is available.
3.2. This chopping board will be received upon installation
5.1. Customers must have an appointment booked prior to their visit
5.2. The chopping board is only redeemable on orders over £2,500
5.3. Only available once a £300 deposit is paid on the day of the appointment
5.4. This offer is available for the first 25 customers to visit the showroom
5.5. The event is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:
5.6. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
5.7 employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the event or its administration; or
5.8. members of the immediate families or households of the persons listed at clauses 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 above.
5.9. Visiting the showroom, all entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so.
6.1. If you are visiting the showroom, you agree that the sales team will take your details for the purpose of your Gemini order.
6.2. By visiting the showroom, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer your order with Gemini Worktops
7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
