We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service specialist. The role will report directly to the Customer Operations Manager.
Customer Service Advisor - Permanent - £25,282 – £26, 000 per year - Monday to Friday, 40 hours between 08:00 – 17:00, based at the Company premises.
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional level of service to our customers ensuring that all communication is both professional and positive.
- Always display a polite and professional telephone manner.
- Liaise with the relevant people in the business to resolve problems and answer queries via telephone, email and working to a ‘first call' resolution target.
- Play an integral part in building relationships with our customers.
- Provide an escalation point for every eventuality thereby inspiring confidence with the customer as the ‘go-to' contact.

Experience
- 3-4 years’ experience as customer service advisor resolving customer issues ideally with regard to technical products.
- 3-4 years general administration experience.
- Using office systems including databases and MS Office packages.
- Managing and resolving difficult situations.
- Proactive delivery of solutions.
